Refund Policy

Customer Service is our priority. We want you to love your order. To make an exchange or return please email us at sales@silichic.com with your order information. Please let us know what item you would like to exchange for, or the reason for return. We will provide the return/exchange address to you in a follow-up email.

Returns/ Exchanges 

• We have a 30-day return policy. We can’t make any returns/exchanges after 30 days.
• All returns will be inspected to ensure the item is unused and in great condition.
• Please email us at sales@silichic.com your original order information to initiate the return/ exchange process.

Refunds

• Once your return is received, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Your credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
